friendly staff helpful concierge good walk
i found the reception staff helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.. the concierge offered wonderful suggestions that smoothed our departure. the hotel's location allowed a good walk to namba, filled with markets and eateries.
the breakfast menu felt a bit static, needing some refreshment and variety.

the hotel has four elevators designated , which reduced wait times. a smart tv was in the room with many options. a spacious closet held all our belongings easily.

a decent experience overall
clean bedroom luggage storage absent bellmen small room
the bedroom and bathroom were clean the hotel is conveniently located near the midosuji line between two stations there was a coffee shop on the ground floor and a convenience store across the street. i appreciated the offer to store my luggage when i arrived before check-in time allowing me to explore the city without any burden.
the hotel did not have anyone to greet guests at the main door i had to request assistance with luggage and the staff only offered help with one piece. the room felt too small for two people even for a hotel of this category.

charmed by every detail
friendly staff great views
the staff were very friendly and helpful! we had a few issues, and they came to the room right away. the executive lounge has great views and the food was very good. the location is a few blocks from the train station.

Really good Stay with Unmatched Service

The staff fulfilled my birthday request perfectly. They placed the cake and present in the room. I found the location great for walking Midosuji and exploring nearby shops because the hotel isn't far from the station. Check-in was easy, and I thought the hotel looked immaculate. The room was very comfortable. The location is good for getting around and connecting to other subway and rail lines.
I noticed the room felt a little small for storing the suitcase properly.

The staff was polite and very helpful. They provided prompt assistance with all my inquiries. I received a warm welcome upon arrival, and all my needs were met quickly. They ensured a smooth experience as a guest!

The hotel staff helped explain train tickets, which I greatly appreciated. They brought water bottles when requested. The bathroom offered ample counter space. I really enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub with bath salts each evening.
The absence of a bellhop upon arrival made the entrance feel less grand.

my room had city views (it was on a high floor). the wet room was also a great feature.
the air conditioning did not get below 20 degrees celsius, impacting my sleep.
